Co-Ed Strength & Conditioning
Strength & Conditioning class will use dynamic exercises in a high intensity interval training format. It will additionally focus on form, technique, and endurance. Great for anyone looking to build muscle and burn fat.
High School Sports Performance
High School Female Athletes get fit, fast, and strong in the pre-season. This series will prepare athletes from any sport to gain the edge they are seeking.
Saturday Co-Ed Boot Camp
Join us Saturday mornings to challenge your body with both cardio and weight lifting in a circuit format. Bring a water bottle and be ready to sweat!

Friday TRX suspension training is the perfect way to wind down the week of boot camp. It gives you variety and a focus on core strength.
