What do I need to bring?
A water bottle and be dressed in proper workout clothes.
I have injuries that keep me from running, jumping, etc.
We offer low impact modifications to each of our exercises. Please be sure to see the instructor before class to discuss your injury so they are aware and can accommodate accordingly.
We are located upstairs, so if getting up and down stairs is a problem this isn’t the right boot camp for you.
What does unlimited boot camp mean?
You are welcome to come as often as you would like. You can come 5 times a day, but I certainly wouldn’t recommend it. Unlimited boot camp is intended to encourage you to come to class. Creating a routine is very important when you start a workout program.
