The concept behind boot camp is to join a community of like-minded powerful women. Together we meet challenges and the group works together for both individual and collective success. Mostly we are training for the battle of the bulge.
ProAction Athletics program is composed of group drills inspired from a volleyball coaching background and personal training experience. The workouts are built by women for women. We do a variety of exercises daily. No two workouts are the same which keeps you interested and your body constantly evolving. The workouts consist of cardio, speed drills, flexibility, weight training, core work, plyometrics and overall body toning.
We offer both morning and evening boot camps. All classes are one hour in duration unless otherwise specified. You are welcome to come to any class during the course of the 4 week camp at one flat rate! We encourage you to attend any class time we offer. This will cut out the excuses and make your workout planning mindless.
Boot Camp will energize you, improve your cardiovascular abilities, and tone you up. If you are a past collegiate athlete, high school star, weekend warrior, or just looking for some direction in your workouts ProAction is the spot to be. You will be constantly challenged and find yourself surprised that the whole hour has gone by already.
All you have to do is show up with a water bottle and workout clothes and be ready to sweat!
