The concept behind boot camp is to join a community of like-minded powerful women. Together we meet challenges and the group works together for both individual and collective success.
Boot Camp will energize you, improve your cardiovascular abilities, and tone you up. If you are a past collegiate athlete, high school star, weekend warrior, or just looking for some direction in your workouts ProAction is the spot to be. You will be constantly challenged and find yourself surprised that the whole hour has gone by already.
All ProAction exercises can be modified to fit your age, ability and performance goals.
Tools we use: Jump ropes/Bosus/Boxes and Steps/Battle Ropes/TRX bands/ Kettlebells/Weights/ Body weight/ and so much more… there is only one way to discover what we can to offer you.
I love this place! The workouts are tough but the hour still flies by. I can definitely see myself continuing to come here for a long time. Class sizes are also perfect, never too crowded which is a nice change from standard gym group classes
You get challenged and sweat like no other workout. The comradeship between everyone is awesome – everyone encourages, celebrates, and pushes each other on. Semajh gives you personal attention, checking form and helping you make adjustments, while keeping track of the group.You think it will never end but then it does and you feel awesome.
I’ve experimented with a handful of bootcamps with my one month classpass subscription and this class was hands down my favorite. 90’s music with a group of strong badass women? COUNT.ME.IN. I loved seeing women of different ages in this class KILL It. So motivating. I’ll def be back!
This place is rad. I have been working out for 15 years and I’m always looking for new awesome things to do and I love to be pushed to my limit. This place has hardcore, creative, intelligent workouts and a really great vibe. Everyone is super supportive and it feels like a team effort. This place is as good as it gets.
